Rules & Regulation

Must have closed-toe shoes and protective clothing. (ATVXperience will not be liable if any rider injures themselves if not adhered to)

Tour payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour for confirmation. (Time slot will remain available until confirmed)

Participants under 18 years must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility. Minimum age for passengers: 9 year

Only transparent bottles and unbreakable items will be allowed on tour. (no glass items)

Driving to the office site is not permitted. Transfer service will arrange pick-ups and drop-offs. (Contact our office for more details)

Clients will be given all necessary safety equipment. No personal gear will be allowed

No walk-ins allowed. All tours need to be booked in advance

No stunts or reckless driving. (Tour will be cancelled with no refund if caught)

No illegal weapons allowed(firearms, knives. etc) (License holders must present proper documentation)

Safety equipment must be worn at all times unless instructed by tour guide.

Zero tolerance for disrespectful or unmannerly behaviour. (Tour will be cancelled immediately with no refund)

Must follow tour guide instructions and maintain a safe speed/distance appropriate for terrain/conditions

No loitering on property after tour concludes

No littering while on tour
